Our Consultants… We’ll assign an experienced consultant to your search and they’ll work with you from the initial planning meeting through the hiring process. Your consultant will actively recruit applicants and will personally assist with screening to the extent the client desires. Your consultant will also assist you in the selection of finalists and advise the interview process.
What Does It Cost? A NRCSA Principal Search costs $2,000 for member schools ($3,000 for non-members) and includes all expenses except newspaper advertising, consultant travel to your district for meetings, and criminal background checks. There is no additional charge for office expense,
